Conference registration fees include access to scientific sessions and exhibition area, lunches, break, welcome reception.
Attention:
At least one author must complete registration during-early-bird-registration period to be included in the program.
ICIM 17 reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if is not presented at the meeting.

Registration will only be confirmed after payment confirmation.
Payment
Credit Card
Registrations made with a credit card will only be completed after payment confirmation by the card issuer.
Bank Slip
The bank slip will be due days after registration on the website. After this deadline, the bank slip will automatically be canceled. Failure to make the payment will result in the issuance of a new bank slip with an updated amount. If you need an updated bank slip, please access the congress website and generate it again using the login and password registered at the time of registration.

Cancellation policies
The entire fee will be refunded in the event of cancellation before March 31, 2024. From April 1 to May 31, 2024, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the registration fee will be applicable.
After this period, no cancellations will be allowed, only transfers of ownership until June 15, 2024. Ownership transfer can be requested by sending a written email request to icim2024@contato.ufsc.br.
The transfer must be made within the same registration category.
